We’ve never been married to a royal, but we sometimes find ourselves daydreaming about what it would be like. Traditional yet contemporary with a hint of citrusy bergamot and a touch of vanilla sweetness, this tea-infused London Fog latte is comfort in a cup. Best part? It comes highly recommended for those craving a pick-me-up or eagerly awaiting the next season of Bridgerton on Netflix.

How to make a London Fog latte

Ingredients

  • 4 Perfect Spoons of Cream of Earl Grey tea
  • 1/2 cup 95°C/200°F hot water
  • 1 ¼ cup milk or plant-based alternative
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agave or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

Step 1
In a Steeper, add tea and hot water and steep for 4 min.
Step 2
Pour steeped tea in a 16 oz mug, then stir in vanilla and sweetener of your choice.
Step 3
Top with hot frothed milk. Happy sipping!

Pumpkin Fog

Ok fine. Pumpkin Fog latte isn’t necessarily a coined tea term but that’s okay. We’re making it a thing, so move over pumpkin spice latte! What is a Pumpkin Fog, exactly? It’s like Pumpkin Chai meets Cream of Earl Grey. A remarkably warming and creamy vanilla base with a pinch of pumpkin spices and bergamot for that London Fog richness. Grace your tastebuds with the classiest cup of pumpkin you ever did see!

Pumpkin Fog Latte

Ingredients

  • 5 Perfect Spoons of Pumpkin Earl Grey
  • 3/4 cup 95°C/200°F hot water
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp agave or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 ½ cup milk or plant-based alternative
  • Top off with lavender, drizzle of maple syrup or caramel

Directions

Step 1
In a Steeper, add tea and hot water, and steep for 5 mins.
Step 2
Pour steeped tea in a 20 oz mug (try our Latte Mug!), then stir in vanilla and sweetener of your choice.
Step 3
Top with hot frothed milk. Pop that pinky, and enjoy!
