Last year everyone got into baking wholesome recipes like sourdough and banana bread. Not to brag, but we think we’ve perfected banana bread with a new secret ingredient…
So, are you ready to go B-A-N-A-N-A-S for the ultimate banana bread recipe? Well, here it is: Banana Bread Chai!
Our twist to this cozy banana bread recipe is our Banana Bread Chai tea. The comforting masala flavours of cinnamon and clove, plus sweet banana chips are highlighted by the slightly roasted oolong base of this tea. The infusion adds a subtle yet flavourful chai twist to the classic loaf.
PS – While you wait for the banana bread to bake, try sipping a warming mug of Banana Bread Chai as a tea latte. It’s truly a-peel-ing!
