C\u2019est l\u2019obsession danoise pour tout ce qui est douillet et confo. Pensez grosses chaussettes, souper entre amis et, bien s\u00fbr, d\u00e9licieuses gourmandises.<\/p>\n<p>Ce pouding au riz riche et savoureux est notre interpr\u00e9tation du hygge. Cr\u00e9meuse et incroyablement r\u00e9confortante, notre plus r\u00e9cente recette s\u2019inspire du <em>Risalamande<\/em>, un dessert danois. Notre touche sp\u00e9ciale\u00a0? Nous l&rsquo;avons aromatis\u00e9e avec notre nouveau th\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidstea.com\/ca_fr\/nos-thes\/the-scone-orange-et-noix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Scone orange et noix<\/u><\/a> pour lui donner une touche de noix et d\u2019agrumes.<\/p>\n<p>Habituellement servie la veille de No\u00ebl, cette gourmandise scandinave est souvent garnie d\u2019une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e et d\u2019une sauce aux canneberges d\u00e9licieusement surette. Et ce n\u2019est pas tout\u00a0! Traditionnellement, le cuisinier cache une amande au milieu, et la personne qui tombe sur l\u2019amande re\u00e7oit un cadeau\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Un dessert gourmand ET des cadeaux\u00a0?
