We could drink it all day and night, so a question that often comes up is, is tea hydrating?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to take care of yourself. Whenever you\u2019re feeling a bit off, stop and think: have I had any water today? Well, if you&#8217;re anything like us, it&#8217;s easier to stay hydrated when sipping on something more flavourful than water. While you may have heard the myth that tea is dehydrating, most research today reveals that tea (which is 99% water) is actually a great way to stay hydrated.
