Tasting is a sensory experience that involves three basic steps: <strong>see<\/strong>, <strong>sniff<\/strong> and <strong>sip<\/strong>. We know sometimes tasting tea can be intimidating but we want to do it with you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust us, there is no right or wrong answer. It\u2019s about how YOU taste! It\u2019s a very subjective experience, so try to draw from your own memories, experiences and your own personal language every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Here are three steps that we always start a tea tasting session with:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. See<\/strong><br>Notice the colour, shape of the leaves, and the steeped tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Sniff<\/strong><br>Inhale the vibrant aromas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sip<\/strong><br>Take a loud sip and notice the taste, flavours and feeling in your mouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take some time to look over the tea tasting flavour wheel we use to help us find the words for what we taste! Keep in mind, this is just a guide. We\u2019re here to help you get started and you can take it from there.
