Fruit punch – Mango Madness & mango puree ice cubes
Lemonade – Serenity Now & strawberry puree ice cubes
Daiquiri – Caribbean Crush & raspberry puree ice cubes
Margarita – Orange Passionfruit & orange juice ice cubes
Moscow Mule – Frozen Raspberry & mint ice cubes
Pro-Tip: If you’re using mint, skip the puree step and let the ingredient infuse with the tea before adding them to your ice cube tray.
Fruity Tea Infused Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of your fave fruity iced tea
- 2 cups water, divided
- ¼ - ½ pound of a select fruit according to taste
Directions
Step 1 | |
Brew tea in 1½ cups of hot water for 4-7 minutes depending on tea type, then strain and chill. Set remaining ½ cup of water aside. | |
Step 2 | |
Divide fruit in half. Place one half in blender and add reserved ½ cup of water. Blend on high until finely pureed, then strain mixture through a fine sieve and add to chilled tea. | |
Step 3 | |
Slice remaining fruits and place in ice cube trays. Add tea and puree mixture to trays and freeze. | |
Step 4 | |
Once frozen, pop ‘em in your favourite summer drink for an extra punch of flavour. Cheers! |
