S’mores chai Tea Infused Brownies
S’mores chai Tea Infused Brownies
Ingredients
- 6 Perfect Spoonfuls S'mores chai tea
- ½ cup near-boiling water
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup flour
- Mini marshmallows and chocolate chips to decorate
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 325˚F. | |
Step 2 | |
Melt butter in a small pan and set aside. | |
Step 3 | |
Brew tea in ½ cup of near-boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and set aside. | |

Line an 8”x8”x2” baking pan with foil. | |
Step 5 | |
In a large bowl add sugar, cocoa and salt and mix in melted butter. | |
Step 6 | |
Add 4 Perfect Spoonfuls of brewed tea and mix well. Then add eggs one at a time and mix between additions. Add flour and fold until combined. | |
Step 7 | |
Pour into baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes, then decorate with marshmallows and chocolate chips. |
Pro Tip: You can also decorate before baking – but for best results, decorate after (just be careful since the pan and brownies will be hot).
No-Bake S’mores chai Tea Infused Truffles
No-Bake S’mores chai Tea Infused Truffles
Ingredients
- 6 Perfect Spoonfuls S'mores chai tea
- ½ cup near-boiling water
- 1 ¾ cups crushed Graham crackers
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp condensed milk or coconut milk
Note
Toppings:
2 tbsp coconut, icing sugar, cocoa powder, sprinkles
To decorate:
Marshmallows, chocolate chips

Brew tea in ½ cup of near-boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and set aside. | |

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and coconut. | |
Step 3 | |
With a spatula, mix in condensed milk or coconut milk and add 4 Perfect Spoonfuls of brewed tea, one at a time. Mix well between additions. Dough should be dense but not too wet or sticky. Let rest it for 5 minutes. | |
Step 4 | |
Place icing sugar, cocoa powder, coconut and sprinkles on separate plates. Scoop a spoonful of the cookie mixture, shape into a ball, then coat with one of the three toppings. | |

Want to spookify your truffle? Shape the ball into a skull or oval and decorate with marshmallows and chocolate chips! Let them rest for 10 minutes before indulging. |
