Chamomile latte
Ingredients
- 4 Perfect Spoons of Organic Calming Chamomile tea
- ½ cup water
- 1 ¼ cup frothed milk
- 1-2 tsp honey
- Lavender or chamomile flowers for garnish (optional)
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a steeper, add 4 Perfect Spoons of Calming Chamomile tea and ½ cup 95℃/200℉ water. Steep for 5 mins. | |
Step 2 | |
Strain tea into a large mug. Add 1-2 tsp of honey and stir. | |
Step 3 | |
Froth the milk and add a dollop to the tea. | |
Step 4 | |
Garnish with lavender or chamomile flowers (optional) |
