These super indulgent S’mores Chai blondies are the fall treat you’ve been waiting for. What makes them so irresistible? We infused each square with our S’mores Chai tea – a cinnamon-laced pu’erh that’s packed with all the tempting flavours of your favourite campfire treat.
Part cookie, part brownie, our binge-worthy blondies feature three mouthwatering layers. First, there’s a crunchy graham crust (no need to say more). The middle is filled with a fudgy tea-infused chocolate that’s so good, you’ll want to savour every mouthful. Finally, there’s the top layer – your own little slice of heaven – which is made with perfectly roasted, fluffy-but-not-too-gooey marshmallows.
These tea-infused treats are so deliciously decadent you’ll be definitely be craving s’more. Thankfully, the recipe makes 16 squares… but no one says you have to share.

S’mores Chai Tea Infused Blondies

Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, melted (for the crust)
- 150 g graham crackers
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 Perfect Spoonfuls of S’mores Chai tea (for the blondies)
- ½ cup near-boiling water
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup semisweet chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- 8 marshmallows cut in half (or 1 cup of mini marshmallows)

Preheat oven to 325°F. | |

Brew tea in ½ cup of near-boiling water for 5 min, then strain into measuring cup and set aside. | |

Line a 8”x8”x2” baking pan with foil. | |

Pulse graham crackers in a food processor (or mash them with a rolling pin), then add ¼ cup melted butter and salt and mix well. Transfer mixture into a lined baking pan, pressing firmly into the pan. | |

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool while you prepare the rest. | |

In a bowl, combine sugar, salt, ½ cup of melted butter and ¼ cup of brewed tea and mix until ingredients are well incorporated. | |

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between additions. Add flour and stir until combined. (Don’t overmix!) | |
Step 8 | |
Pour batter over graham crust. Sprinkle chopped chocolate and marshmallows on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Makes 16 squares. |
