Thai Style Iced Tea
With cinnamon and creamy condensed milk, this rich and refreshing iced tea is a one-way ticket to a bustling Thai market.
Ingredients
- 4 Perfect Spoons of Organic David's Breakfast Blend
- 2 cups water
- 1 star anise
- 2 cardamom pods
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- ice
Directions

| In a small pot combine 2 cups of water, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon and bring to a simmer over medium low heat for 5 minutes. | |

| Remove from heat and add loose leaf tea and vanilla. Let steep for a minimum of 15 minutes, then strain tea into a measuring cup. | |
| Step 3 | |
| In a large glass add 2 tsp of condensed milk and 1 cup of steeped tea. Mix well. | |

| Add crushed iced and top each glass with evaporated milk. For a layered look: coat the glass with condensed milk, then carefully add ice and pour tea before topping with evaporated milk. | |
