- 4 perfect spoonfuls of tea
- 16 oz cup (filled 2/3 with ice)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon agave (optional)
- 8-10oz sparkling water
Directions

| Place 4 perfect spoonfuls of tea in the DAVIDsTEA Steeper. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Add 1/2 cup of hot water to saturate tea (water should come to the bottom of the DAVIDsTEA logo on the small steeper). Add agave and stir gently. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Let steep for 3.5 minutes. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Fill 16 oz cup 2/3 full of ice. Strain tea over ice until cup is 1/3 full with tea. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Slowly top off with sparkling water. | |
| Step 6 | |
| Stir gently and enjoy! | |
