Tea Infused Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 4 Perfect Spoonfuls The Spice is Right tea
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp steeped tea
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions

| Brew tea in ½ cup of hot water for 5 minutes, then strain and discard tea leaves. | |

| In a microwavable mug mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. | |

| Add milk, 1 tbsp of brewed tea, canola oil and chocolate chips and mix until combined. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Microwave for 50 seconds and let cool before topping with whipped cream or powdered sugar. | |
