Step 1

| To create the tea concentrate: In a Steeper, steep 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Colada in ½ cup of hot water (95 °C | 200 °F) for 10 min. |

| Strain into a measuring cup, add and dissolve the sugar and let cool to room temperature. |

Step 3

| Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the Coco Colada concentrate, the Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve and the pineapple juice. |

Step 4

| Shake vigorously for 20 sec. |

Step 5
|
| Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice, add 2 dashes of cherry bitters, garnish with preserved cherries and pineapple leaf. |
