Spiced Pumpkin Oats
Ingredients
- sweetener (agave or brown sugar is recommended)
- 3 Perfect Spoonfuls of Spiced Pumpkin tea
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup instant (1 minute) oats
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 tbs milk
- dried cranberries (optional)
- golden raisins (optional)
- roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
- walnuts (optional)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep tea for 7 minutes then strain into small saucepan. | |
Step 2 | |
Add all ingredients and bring to a slow boil until the oats have cooked through (about a minute). | |
Step 3 | |
Sweeten as desired and top with dried fruit and seeds. |
