Simple sugar cookies

Ingredients
- 2 ½ c flour (testing)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 c of butter (room temp)
- ¾ c of sugar
- 1 egg (room temp)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions
| Step 1 | |
| In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. This is your dry ingredient mix. | |

| In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Then add in egg and vanilla and mix until combined. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Slowly add dry ingredient mix to the creamed butter and sugar mixture. Mix until combined. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Cover in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 min. | |
