Ruby Mule
With citrus, rosehips and hibiscus, this fruity, pink tea is a celebration of the Ruby Red grapefruit. Add ginger beer and a splash gin, and you’ve got a cocktail that's decidedly delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 Perfect Spoonfuls of Ruby Red tea
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups non-alcoholic ginger beer
- 6oz gin
- 2oz simple syrup
- 1 grapefruit (sliced into wheels)
- ice
Optional
- 4 candied ginger coins
Directions
Step 1 | |
Infuse hot water with tea for 4 to 7 minutes; strain and cool to room temperature. | |

Add steeped tea, ginger beer, gin, simple syrup, grapefruit slices and ice to large pitcher; stir to combine (for a mocktail, substitute more ginger beer for gin). | |
Step 3 | |
Pour into 4 highball glasses. Garnish with candied ginger (if using). |
