Rosemary Black Pepper Scalloped Potato

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Rosemary Black Pepper Soup Tea
  • 4 russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and gently fold with your hands.
Step 3
Carefully layer ingredients in a baking dish.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
