Raspberry Tea-jito Love
A fresh riff off a classic Cuban cocktail. The idea is for the tea to stand out, and not get lost in the cocktail. Sleek, simple, and sophisticated – it’s one fantastic cocktail.
Ingredients
- 4oz steeped, strained, chilled Raspberry Mojito (2 Perfect Spoonfuls)
- 1.5oz/2oz Rum
- 1oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio water to sugar)
- fresh lemon juice (half a lemon)
