Raspberry Moji-rita

Raspberry Moji-rita

Fresh mint, tangy lime and a sugared rim. We’ve combined two classic cocktails to make something fruity, minty and utterly refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 8 Perfect Spoonfuls of Raspberry Mojito tea
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • 4oz tequila
  • 2oz Triple Sec
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • ice
  • 4 lime slices
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs
  • 2 lime wedges (used for the sugar rim)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (used for the sugar rim)

Directions

Step 1
Infuse hot water with tea for 4 to 7 minutes; strain and cool to room temperature
Step 2
Sugar Rim: Rim 4 margarita glasses with lime wedges. Place sugar in shallow dish; dip rim of glasses in sugar to coat. Set aside.
Step 3
Add steeped tea, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, mint leaves and ice to shaker; shake to combine.
Step 4
Strain into prepared glasses. Garnish each with slice of lime and sprig of mint (if using). Alternatively, prepare and mix drink in a pitcher, adding ice just before serving.
