Raspberry Moji-rita
Fresh mint, tangy lime and a sugared rim. We’ve combined two classic cocktails to make something fruity, minty and utterly refreshing.
Ingredients
- 8 Perfect Spoonfuls of Raspberry Mojito tea
- 1.5 cups hot water
- 4oz tequila
- 2oz Triple Sec
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- ice
- 4 lime slices
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 2 lime wedges (used for the sugar rim)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (used for the sugar rim)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Infuse hot water with tea for 4 to 7 minutes; strain and cool to room temperature | |

Sugar Rim: Rim 4 margarita glasses with lime wedges. Place sugar in shallow dish; dip rim of glasses in sugar to coat. Set aside. | |
Step 3 | |
Add steeped tea, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, mint leaves and ice to shaker; shake to combine. | |
Step 4 | |
Strain into prepared glasses. Garnish each with slice of lime and sprig of mint (if using). Alternatively, prepare and mix drink in a pitcher, adding ice just before serving. |
