Pomarnier Spritzer Cocktail Recipe

Tea concentrate
- 2 Perfect spoonfuls of Pomegrateful
- 1/2 cup of water
Cocktail
- ¼ oz orange liqueur
- 2 oz of tea concentrate
- 3-4 oz of champagne
- 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds
- Orange twist
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| In a steeper add 2 PS of Pomegrateful in ½ cup of water at 90 C/ 195F and steep for 5 minutes. | |

| Then strain into a measuring cup and let cool to room temperature. | |
| Step 3 | |
| To each champagne flute add ¼ oz of orange liqueur, 2 oz of tea concentrate, 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds. Stir gently, then top with 3-4 oz of champagne. | |

| Garnish with an orange twist | |
