Pink Icing with Queen of Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoonfuls Queen of Tarts
  • 1 cup near-boiling water
  • 1 tbsp + 2½ tsp icing sugar

Directions

Step 1
Steep tea in near-boiling water 4 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard tea leaves.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine icing sugar with ½ tsp of steeped tea and mix well.
Step 3
Beautify your treats with this blush-worthy icing.
