Pineapple Coconut Ice

Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Coconut Ice tea
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Optional
- rum
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Steep tea for 5 minutes then strain. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Stir in sugar until fully dissolved. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Fill a 2 litre (2 quart) pitcher just under halfway with ice. Mix in tea, pineapple juice and coconut water. | |

| Pour into ice filled glasses. Top off with 1 oz of white rum for a tropical refresher. | |
