Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie bowl

  • 2 Perfect Matcha Spoons of Matcha Matsu
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • ½ cup orange juice

Toppings

  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk 2 Perfect Matcha Spoons of Matcha Matsu with ¼ cup of warm (75°C/167°F) water.
Step 2
In a blender, add the banana, mango, orange juice and matcha. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into a bowl and have fun adding your toppings!
