Matcha Miso Soup Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • Silken tofu, cut into cubes
  • Wakame seaweed (You can replace wakame with your fave leafy greens.)
  • Bonito flakes
  • Soba noodles
  • Scallions
  • Mushrooms
  • Nori
  • Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
In a medium pot, cook soba noodles in lightly salted boiling water al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water, and divide them among 2 bowls.
Step 2
In a small pot, combine 3 cups of water with a dash of bonito flakes, silken tofu and wakame and bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Remove from heat after 10 minutes, then add 2-3 Perfect Spoonfuls of Matcha Miso and stir.
Step 4
Divide soup among the bowls and top with scallions, mushrooms, a sheet of nori and a drizzle of sesame oil.
