Matcha Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Perfect Spoonful of cocoa powder
- ½ cup of hot water
- 1-2 tsp of sugar or maple syrup
- 1½ cup frothed milk of choice (hot milk)
- 2 Matcha Spoonfuls of Matcha Matsu
- ¼ cup of warm water
Directions

| Dissolve cocoa powder in ½ cup of hot water, then add sugar or maple syrup | |
| Step 2 | |
| Add frothed milk of choice to cocoa mixture and then pour the hot chocolate into a cup | |
| Step 3 | |
| In a bowl, whisk 2 Matcha Spoonful of Matcha Matsu in ¼ cup of warm water (75℃ / 170℉) | |
| Step 4 | |
| Add matcha shot to hot chocolate | |
| Step 5 | |
| Top with marshmallows and enjoy! | |
