Matcha Hot Chocolate Recipe

Serves Two 16 oz mugs
Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Perfect Spoonful of cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1-2 tsp of sugar or maple syrup
  • 1½ cup frothed milk of choice (hot milk)
  • 2 Matcha Spoonfuls of Matcha Matsu
  • ¼ cup of warm water

Directions

Step 1
Dissolve cocoa powder in ½ cup of hot water, then add sugar or maple syrup
Step 2
Add frothed milk of choice to cocoa mixture and then pour the hot chocolate into a cup
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk 2 Matcha Spoonful of Matcha Matsu in ¼ cup of warm water (75℃ / 170℉)
Step 4
Add matcha shot to hot chocolate
Step 5
Top with marshmallows and enjoy!
