Mango Punch Tea Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3oz Mango Fruit Punch concentrate (2 Perfect Spoons of Mango Fruit Punch and ½ cup of water)
- 1.5oz The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
- ½ teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitter
- dash Freshly grated ginger
- Ice
Directions
Step 1 | |
To create the tea concentrate: In a Steeper, steep 2 Perfect Spoons of Mango Fruit Punch and ½ cup of hot water (95 °C | 200 °F) for 10 min. | |
Step 2 | |
Dispense into a measuring cup and let cool to room temperature. | |
Step 3 | |
In an old fashioned glass filled with ice, add The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve, Mango Fruit Punch concentrate, lemon juice and freshly grated ginger. Stir with a mixing spoon. | |
Step 4 | |
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and garnish with a slice of lemon. | |
