mango chai smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai tea
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup freshly cut pineapple
  • 2-3 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
  • ½ celery stick, veins removed
  • ¼ cup cactus leaf cut in squares (optional)

Directions

Step 1
In a steeper add 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai tea and 1 cup 95°C / 200°F water and let steep for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Strain into a cup and let cool to room temperature.
Step 3
In a blender, add pineapple, parsley, celery, cactus leaf and ¾ cup of cooled tea. Blend until smooth, serve in a glass and enjoy!
