To make your lavender syrup, add sugar and water to a small pot and heat on medium-low until it starts to simmer. |

Once simmering, add dried lavender, lemon juice and butterfly pea flowers (optional). Simmer for 2-4 minutes. |

Remove lavender syrup from heat and let cool to room temp. |

In a Steeper add loose leaf tea and hot (80°C/175°F) water. Let steep for 1-2 min, then dispense into a cup and let cool to room temp. |

To serve, fill a glass with ice and add lavender syrup, steeped tea and a slice of lemon. Happy sipping! |
