Kale Matcha Avocado Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, pitted and chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 Perfect Spoonful of Kale Matcha tea
- 2-3 tbsp agave nectar or other sweetener
Directions
Step 1 | |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. | |
Step 2 | |
Divide mixture into an ice pop mold or four small plastic cups and insert a stick into each. Freeze at least 7 hours or overnight until solid. Enjoy! | |

Note: This recipe can also be made with regular matcha in the same ratio OR a flavoured matcha, but only using 1-2 tbsp agave nectar. |
