Jasmine Crème Brulée Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 4 Perfect Spoonfuls of Jasmine Crème Brulée tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 ½ cups whipping cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 packet unflavoured gelatin (or 1 tbsp of agar powder as a vegetarian option)
  • Caramel sauce and berries for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Steep tea in 1 cup hot water for 3-4 minutes, then strain.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract and ½ cup brewed tea. Whisk together and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add gelatin or agar powder while whisking. Once the mixture is well incorporated, take saucepan off the heat.
Step 4
Add mixture to small ramekins or small bowls of your choice (about ¼ cup or more in each depending on the size of the ramekin).
Step 5
Chill for at least 4 hours.
Step 6
Top with caramel sauce and berries before serving. Enjoy! Makes 8-12 Panna Cotta servings depending on portion size.
