Step 1

Steep tea in 1 cup hot water for 3-4 minutes, then strain. |

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract and ½ cup brewed tea. Whisk together and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes. |

Add gelatin or agar powder while whisking. Once the mixture is well incorporated, take saucepan off the heat. |
Step 4

Add mixture to small ramekins or small bowls of your choice (about ¼ cup or more in each depending on the size of the ramekin). |
Step 5

Chill for at least 4 hours. |
Step 6

Top with caramel sauce and berries before serving. Enjoy! Makes 8-12 Panna Cotta servings depending on portion size. |
