Iced Gingerbread Cookie Cocktail
An adult twist on milk and cookies! This Gingerbread Cookie cocktail is the perfect holiday indulgence. Leave one by the tree for Santa, and while you’re at it… make one for yourself.
Ingredients
- 3 Perfect Spoonfuls Gingerbread Cookie tea
- 2 cups hot water
- 1.5 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp molasses
- Vanilla vodka
- Irish cream
- Coffee liqueur
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep tea in 2 cups of hot water for 7 minutes then strain. | |
Step 2 | |
Stir in agave and molasses until dissolved. | |
Step 3 | |
Fill three 16 oz glasses 2/3 full with ice, adding 4 oz tea, 1 oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz Irish cream and ½ oz coffee liqueur to each. | |
Step 4 | |
Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon. |
