Step 1

Brew tea in hot water for 7-10 minutes, then strain into a bowl and set aside. |
Step 2

In a clear 12-16 oz glass, add chia seeds, agave and coconut water. Stir to combine and set aside for at least 10 minutes. |

To extract the aloe vera gel, peel skin off the leaf and slice lengthwise like a fish. Scoop out clear gel with a spoon, avoiding the yellow bit just below the rind. |
Step 4

Add aloe vera gel to coconut water mixture. Pour in brewed tea, top with ice and garnish with mint leaves and a squeeze of lime. Sip up and cool off. |
