How to make a turmeric tea latte
Ingredients
- 3 perfect spoonfuls Super Ginger tea
- ½ cup hot water
- ¾ cup whole milk (or any non-dairy substitute i.e. coconut milk, almond milk, etc.)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp good quality, local honey
Directions

| Brew tea in ½ cup hot water for 10 minutes, then strain ¼ cup of brewed tea into a small saucepan. Discard tea leaves and rest of liquid. | |

| Add milk and bring to a light simmer over medium-low heat. | |

| Stir in cinnamon, turmeric and honey until evenly combined. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Strain into your favourite mug and enjoy! | |
