Step 1

Brew tea in 1½ cups of hot water for 4-7 minutes depending on tea type, then strain and chill. Set remaining ½ cup of water aside. |
Step 2

Divide fruit in half. Place one half in blender and add reserved ½ cup of water. Blend on high until finely pureed, then strain mixture through a fine sieve and add to chilled tea. |
Step 3

Slice remaining fruits and place in ice cube trays. Add tea and puree mixture to trays and freeze. |
Step 4
|
Once frozen, pop ‘em in your favourite summer drink for an extra punch of flavour. Cheers! |
