- 4 oz of hot water (85°C / 185°F)
- 4½ oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- Lemon peel
- Rosemary

| Steep 2 Perfect Spoons of Gin & Tonic loose leaf tea in 4 oz of hot water (85°C / 185°F) for 4 mins to create a tea concentrate and let cool to room temperature. | |

| Fill a large wine glass with ice, then add 1½ oz of Gin & Tonic tea concentrate and 4½ oz of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. | |
