Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Matcha Ice Cream tea or flavoured matcha
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings of your choice

Directions

Step 1
Steep tea (or whisk matcha powder) in hot water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla, agave, chia seeds and prepared matcha until well combined.
Step 3
Pour mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate covered for 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 4
Spoon matcha chia pudding into a bowl and add your toppings. Enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
Step 5
Pro-Tip: More of a straight shooter? Try 2 Matcha Perfect Spoonfuls of Matcha Matsu tea and add a little extra honey, maple syrup or agave.
