Step 1

Steep tea (or whisk matcha powder) in hot water for 5 minutes. |

In a large bowl, mix yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla, agave, chia seeds and prepared matcha until well combined. |

Pour mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate covered for 30 minutes or overnight. |

Spoon matcha chia pudding into a bowl and add your toppings. Enjoy! Makes 2 servings. |
