Cosmic Fizz – Tea Cocktail

- 2 Perfect Spoons of Very Cherry loose leaf tea
- 12oz hot water
- 1½oz vodka
- ½oz orange liqueur
- ½oz fresh lime juice
- ½oz simple syrup
- Prosecco
- orange twist
Directions

| Scoop 2 Perfect Spoons of Very Cherry loose leaf tea to 12 oz of hot water. Steep for 4 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature. | |

| Measure 2 oz of steeped Very Cherry tea, then add all ingredients, excluding the prosecco and orange twist, to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Vigorously shake for 10-12 seconds. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and top off with prosecco. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Garnish with an orange twist. | |
