Coconut Cream Pie Pudding Shots
Jell-o shooters are a thing of the past. This year, it’s all about the pudding shot. Infused with our decadent Coconut Cream Pie tea, these sweet shooters are the perfect party pleaser. Don’t believe us? Try them yourself. The proof is in the pudding!
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Coconut Cream Pie tea
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk (any kind will do)
- 1 cup coconut rum (unflavored white rum will work also)
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla or coconut flavour) condiment cups with lids
- shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep tea for 5 minutes and strain into small bowl. Add milk and chill for 10 minutes in the freezer. | |

In a very large bowl, add pudding mix and whisk tea & milk mixture until smooth. Add rum and mix until fully incorporated. Gently fold in whipped topping until well mixed. | |
Step 3 | |
Portion about 2 oz into each condiment cup and top with shredded coconut. | |
Step 4 | |
Secure lids and store in the freezer at least 2 hours before the party! Recipe will make 40-50 shots. |
