Coco Mango Chai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai
- ½ cup hot (95°C/200°F) water
- 2 mangos, peeled and pits removed
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ tsp lime/lemon juice
- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- ¼ tsp turmeric
Toppings (Optional)
- Pineapple
- Mangos
- Banana
- Coconut Flakes
- Blackberries
- Chia/hemp seeds
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai in ½ cup of hot water (95°C/200°F) for 5 min, then discard leaves. Let tea cool to room temperature. | |
Step 2 | |
In a blender add mangos, lime or lemon juice, ginger, turmeric and steeped tea. Blend until smooth! | |
Step 3 | |
Pour in a bowl, top with pineapple, mangos, banana slices, coconut flakes, blackberries and chia/hemp seeds (optional). |
