Cherry Jam – Tea Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoons of Very Cherry loose leaf tea
- 12oz hot water
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- ¾oz fresh lemon juice
- non-alcoholic ginger beer
- orange twist
Directions
Step 1 | |
Scoop 2 Perfect Spoons of Very Cherry loose leaf. Steep in 12 oz of hot water, for 4 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature. | |
Step 2 | |
Measure 2 oz of steeped Very Cherry tea, then add all ingredients, excluding the ginger beer and orange twist, to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. | |
Step 3 | |
Vigorously shake for 10-12 seconds. | |
Step 4 | |
Fine strain into a tall glass over ice and top off with ginger beer. | |
Step 5 | |
Garnish with an orange twist. |
