Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. |

In a bowl, mash 3 bananas until smooth, let sit. |

Steep 3 Perfect Spoons of Banana Nut Bread Tea in 4 oz of 95°C water for 5 min. Strain into a measuring cup and let cool to room temp. |

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) and set aside. |

In a bain marie, or in a microwave, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Remove from heat and then mix in honey and tea concentrate until combined. Let cool slightly. |

In a large bowl mix egg, canola oil, vanilla extract and whisk until combined. Then add the banana and butter-honey mix. |
Step 7

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and fold just until combined (be careful not to overmix!). Optional: Carefully fold in your fave add-ons. |
Step 8

Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake for 45-60min, or until a cake tester comes out clean. |
