Even as summer winds down, the temperatures are still high and what could be better than a nice, cold frozen treat? Well, we think our Pink Papayadise ice pop tea recipe is the perfect thing to cool you down!

Pink Papayadise tastes like a tropical vacation, not to mention the highlighter pink colour screams summer. With bright papaya, purple sweet potato and floral dragon fruit, you’ll definitely be in a summer haze—in a good way. Now just imagine how good it is frozen!

Pink Papayadise ice pop tea recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 Perfect Spoons of Pink Papayadise loose leaf tea
  • 16 oz of hot water
  • 2 tsp of sugar (optional)
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dragon fruit cut into small squares or 10 green grapes, cut in half

Directions

Step 1
Steep 5 Perfect Spoons of Pink Papayadise in 16 oz of water for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Pour into a measuring cup and add 2 tsp of sugar (optional) and ½ tsp of lemon juice. Stir until dissolved.
Step 3
Distribute the fruit into four ice pop molds.
Step 4
Top each mold with steeped tea and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen solid.
Step 5
Enjoy your frozen treat by the pool, in the park or anywhere else you need a refreshing snack!
