Lavender Refresher Recipe
Ingredients
Lavender syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp dried lavender
- ⅛ tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp butterfly pea flowers (optional)
Iced tea
- 2 Perfect Spoons of Buddha’s Blend or White Peach tea
- 1 cup hot (80°C/175°F) water
- 2 tsp lavender syrup
- Ice
Directions
Step 1 | |
To make your lavender syrup, add sugar and water to a small pot and heat on medium-low until it starts to simmer. | |

Once simmering, add dried lavender, lemon juice and butterfly pea flowers (optional). Simmer for 2-4 minutes. | |

Remove lavender syrup from heat and let cool to room temp. | |
Step 4 | |
In a Steeper add loose leaf tea and hot (80°C/175°F) water. Let steep for 1-2 min, then dispense into a cup and let cool to room temp. | |

To serve, fill a glass with ice and add lavender syrup, steeped tea and a slice of lemon. Happy sipping! | |
