How to make a tea slushie

When temperatures rise and the humidity just won’t quit, nothing beats a homemade iced tea. That is, until you try our ice cold tea slushie. This poolside-ready drink is about to change the way you think about summer refreshment.

Made with our Organic Super Ginger tea, passionfruit and mango, our fruity tea slushie recipe is an icy triple threat that’ll cool you down faster than you can say “it’s too hot”. Side bar: We’re a Montreal company, which means we never utter those words – have you met our winters?

Is it happy hour where you are? You can easily make this into an alcoholic slush recipe by adding a splash of rum. If you’ve got guests, we can guarantee they’ll be impressed with your fancy drink-making skills.

Ginger Mango Slush


  • 3 Perfect Spoons of Super Ginger tea
  • ½ passionfruit
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pinch of sumac


Step 1
Steep 3 Perfect Spoons of loose leaf tea in ½ cup of hot water for 5 min. Strain into a measuring cup and discard tea leaves.
Step 2
In a blender, add steeped tea, passionfruit, frozen mango and ice. Blend until you achieve a slush-like texture.
Step 3
Finally, pour into a glass and top with a pinch of sumac
Step 4
Sip carefully. Brain freeze is real.
