Fruity Matcha Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 Perfect Spoonfuls of one of our fruit-flavoured matchas
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip the cream on high until soft peaks form. Add matcha, sugar and vanilla extract and whip on high until stiff peaks form. | |

The whipped cream should be soft, but also able to hold its form. Do not over-whip or you’ll end up with butter! | |
Step 3 | |
Use the matcha whipped cream to top strawberry shortcake, peach cobblers or blueberry pancakes for a sweet, summery pop of flavour (using the respective fruity matchas, of course). |
