Coco Mango Chai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai
  • ½ cup hot (95°C/200°F) water
  • 2 mangos, peeled and pits removed
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ tsp lime/lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp turmeric

Toppings (Optional)

  • Pineapple
  • Mangos
  • Banana
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Blackberries
  • Chia/hemp seeds

Directions

Step 1
Steep 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai in ½ cup of hot water (95°C/200°F) for 5 min, then discard leaves. Let tea cool to room temperature.
Step 2
In a blender add mangos, lime or lemon juice, ginger, turmeric and steeped tea. Blend until smooth!
Step 3
Pour in a bowl, top with pineapple, mangos, banana slices, coconut flakes, blackberries and chia/hemp seeds (optional).
