French toast and coffee are a pretty awesome breakfast duo. But mix them together, and you also get a truly fantastic latte! Featuring our Cardamom French Toast black tea, this sweet and creamy drink is a perfect way to kick off your weekend brunch. Don’t mind if we do.
Cardamom and Coffee French Toast Latte
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Cardamom French Toast tea
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups hot milk
- Coffee liqueur like Kahlua (optional)
- Maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep tea in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. | |

While the tea is steeping, bring milk to a low boil in a small saucepan and whisk to get it frothy. You can also use a frother if you have one. | |

Divide steeped tea between two 12 oz mugs – about ½ cup each. | |
Step 4 | |
Fill mugs with heated milk and top each with 1 oz coffee liqueur and a drizzle of maple syrup. Now that’s what we call brunch done right. | |

Note: This recipe also tastes amazing iced. Just fill your mug with ice, add your steeped tea and top with frothed milk. Enjoy! |
