Homemade Chai Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Kenyan Tinderet tea
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2-3 cloves
- ½ cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 cardamom pods
- ¼ tsp fennel seeds
- 2-3 black peppercorns
- 2 tsp agave
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a small pot, bring water to a boil, then add spices. Simmer for 5 min. | |
Step 2 | |
Add tea, milk and agave and continue to simmer for another 3-5 min. | |
Step 3 | |
Strain into a mug and enjoy! |
