Homemade Chai Recipe

Serves One 16oz mug
Prep time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Kenyan Tinderet tea
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2-3 cloves
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds
  • 2-3 black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp agave

Directions

Step 1
In a small pot, bring water to a boil, then add spices. Simmer for 5 min.
Step 2
Add tea, milk and agave and continue to simmer for another 3-5 min.
Step 3
Strain into a mug and enjoy!
