Step 1

Brew tea in near-boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain into a Steeper or measuring cup and discard tea leaves. |
Step 2

Add 3 Perfect Spoonfuls of sugar and lemon juice to steeped tea and stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into ice pop molds halfway and freeze for 1 ½ hours (do not insert sticks just yet!). |
Step 3

In a bowl, combine pineapple puree with remaining sugar and stir until dissolved. |
Step 4

Remove ice pops from freezer (they should be slushy in consistency), add a spoonful of cherries to each mold and stir.Then carefully top molds with pineapple puree and insert sticks. |
Step 5

Freeze until solid – at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy! |
